FREIGHT

LTL (COMMON CARRIER, FREIGHT)

  • Minimum total order to qualify for prepaid is $1,500.00
  • Orders will be shipped out of customers primary distribution center
  • ASW will then utilize any and all of our distribution centers to fill your order as close to 100% as possible.
  • As long as PPD freight has been met on the original order, ASW will cover the cost of freight on the additional shipments to fill the order.  
  • ASW will shop various freight carriers on rate.  Transit time will always supersede price when it comes to determining which carrier is used.
  • ASW can and will hold backorders at customer's request.   Unless requested, ASW will not automatically hold backorders for items that are not currently in any distribution center.


SMALL PACKAGE DELIVERY

  • Minimum total order to qualify is $350.00 (Per location)
  • ASW will not automatically fill outages from other distribution centers.
  • The following categories of products will not be shipped via Package Delivery: Hazardous Material Containers larger than quart size, Body Stands, or Heavy Equipment.
  • Due to weight restrictions and potential damage risks the following categories will not count toward pre-paid freight:
    • Masking paper
    • Plastic Sheeting
    • Sticks
    • Strainers
    • Empty Cans
    • Liquids or Fillers (larger than quart size)
    • Spray booth filters (oversized, overweight, or un-boxed)
    • Other overweight or oversized products.


ASW TRUCK DELIVERY

  • Minimum total order to qualify is $800.00
  • No restrictions on what can be sent on the ASW truck.  


WILL CALL

  • There is NO minimum order total on Will Call
  • ASW will not automatically fill outages from other distribution centers.


DAMAGES & SHORTAGES

  • ASW asks customers to inspect shipments upon arrival. Drivers should wait while you verify your order is damage free.
  • For concealed damage ASW asks that you reach out to your primary location's customer service department or your ASW sales representative.
  • For shortage claims please reach out to your primary location's customer service department or your ASW sales representative.
    • ASW asks that you first double check any and all boxes prior to claiming a shortage.
    • ASW will then have the warehouse manager double check inventory and then issue credit if the shortage claim has been confirmed.
    • If ASW has in fact shorted the order a replacement will be sent at no freight charge to the customer.
