RETURN POLICY


NEW RETURNS

  • Return to stock = New (not used) and in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
  • Only items currently stocked and purchased from ASW within the prior 24 months will be considered for return.
  • ASW will not accept any discontinued, obsolete, superseded or out of date product.
  • All returns must include a “Credit RGA” provided by ASW Sales representative or ASW Customer Service Department.
  • If returned in poor condition, item(s) will be marked as unacceptable, and no credit will be given.  The item will also be returned to you. 
  • Only items authorized and approved for return should be returned to ASW.
  • Items not authorized for return will be refused without credit issued.


DEFECT RETURNS

  • Defect / warranty return = product does not perform as it should out of the package.
  • Warranty items will be authorized and handled as per the manufacturer’s policy.
  • This includes all policies where the manufacturer requires dealing directly with their team as opposed to the original source of purchase.
  • Returns will not be allowed on special order products.
  • Automotive Systems Warehouse Returns Department has final approval on all returns. 
  • Defective items will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and must have a complete description of the defect.
  • Certain manufacturers require that you deal directly with them regarding defective items.
