SCAT is a specially formulated solvent blend for lifting and removing wax, silicone, grease and oil from surfaces to be painted. SCAT also provides a light etching action to improve paint adhesion. Used primarily as a pre-paint cleaner and conditioner to remove wax and silicone, SCAT leaves no residue on the surface.
