Polyvance's 6040 Whip Hose can save plastic repair technicians time by allowing them to easily swap their air tools and take ADVANTAGE® of the product's in-line air blower to speed their prep work. The 10 ft hose attaches to the air manifold on Polyvance's nitrogen plastic welders using a 1/4 in MNPT swivel connector. Technicians can go directly from welding to sanding without unplugging anything or lugging hoses around the shop. The high quality inline air blower can be used to blow off dust or force cool welds. The hose is terminated with a 1/4 in NPT male fitting that is ready to accommodate the shop's preferred quick-disconnect fitting. The hose material is soft, light and flexible "FLEXZILLA®" rubber for ease-of-use and handling.
